2. Information Gathering
- Our specialists verify and ensure the completeness of the medical information we collect from multiple channels.
- Patients’ medical images, such as CT scans, can be directly converted by an AI-assisted image interpretation system for diagnosis.
- Nurse practitioners evaluate the patient’s medical history, provide a preliminary quotation based on the patient’s condition, and confirm the collaborating clinics to which the patient is eligible for referral.
- The nursing supervisor verifies assessments for completeness, accuracy of quotations, and confirms assignments to referral hospitals.
3. Medical Assessments
- Provide the pertinent information about the patient to the partner hospitals and assist the Taiwanese specialists in the evaluation of the patient.
- Hospital staff tracks the progress of the quotation.
- Upon receiving the second opinion form, the nurse manager or director will assess the completeness of the content and the appropriateness of the quotation.
- Provide medical recommendation and price quote in full English
- The nurse specialist/nurse practitioner provides medical recommendations to the patient through an interpreter and asks about the patient’s preferences for medical care.
- Patients will be asked for confirmation of the required deposit payment for treatment, which can be made in cash or online by credit card.
4. Visa Application
- Assistance with Visa Application (NT3,000)
- Prepaid deposit receipts will be offered.
5. Outpatient Appointments
- Verify appointment times and help patients complete their outpatient appointments.
- An interpreter will inform the patient of clinic hours, visit categories and precautions
- The specialist nurse will inform the patient of all medical processes and precautions.
6. Hassle-free medical travel planning
- Provide a medical itinerary that includes the duration of your stay in Taiwan and whether hospitalization is required.
- Provide transportation to and from the hospital for the patient.
- Arrangement of accommodation (we provide dormitory at a cost of 500 NTD per day) and assistance in ordering meals on behalf of the patient.

- The head nurse/nurse practitioner shall provide personalized nursing services related to examination items, treatment procedures, fee structure, and medication instructions.
- Professional translation and interpretation services
- Charges for medical expenses can be catered to the patient’s preferred method of payment. The hospital accepts both cash and credit card payments.
