After patients depart from Taiwan, regular follow-ups are scheduled at specific intervals – 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, and closure, totaling approximately 6 sessions.
- Data Management
All information at each stage should be archived and managed based on the corresponding medical department:
(1) Prior to arrival in Taiwan
- Medical records
- Prescription details
- Examination reports
- Diagnosis certificates
(2) During the stay in Taiwan
- Medical records (diagnosis, treatment)
- Billing details and amounts
(3) After leaving Taiwan
- Remote follow-up records (1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, closure)
- Medication dispatch records
- Summary report on addressing medical issues during the stay in Taiwan
- Satisfaction Survey
