- Medical Consultation
When patients reach out to us, they are required to provide their medical records and examination reports for the physicians to assess their condition.
2. Medical Assessment and Response
Once we have received the complete medical records and confirmed payment, we will respond in writing with the physician’s assessment, medical advice, treatment plan, and estimated medical expenses. Additionally, we are pleased to offer video consultations where physicians personally explain the condition and provide recommendations. Following the video consultation, we will provide a formal written consultation report.
3. Confirmation of Treatment and Appointment
Upon patients confirming their treatment intentions and making the required deposit, we will proceed to issue a medical invitation letter for visa application. Simultaneously, we will initiate the scheduling of outpatient appointments and examinations.
4. Reception Arrangements
Upon arrival in Taiwan, we will facilitate the coordination of transportation and accommodations. In addition, a dedicated receptionist will be assigned to ensure a seamless arrival and medical services at our facility.
5. Treatment Process
After the examination and treatment, the specialists will explain the examination results to the patients and provide medical advice.
6. Patient Billing and Bill Statement
After treatment is completed, we will provide detailed receipts in English and make staff available to explain the receipts if needed.
7. Follow-up and Continuous Monitoring
After patients return to their home country, we will continue to monitor their condition and provide medical advice specific to their situation. We will also coordinate any necessary follow-up visits, advise on medications, and schedule return visits to Taiwan as needed.
