Asthma氣喘:
Asthma is a sensitive reaction of the respiratory tract cause by aspiration of some kind of substance, such as dust, pollen, dander, bacteria, mold smoke, and chemicals. Exercise, cold air, food, emotion, catch a cold, pregnant may trigger an asthma attack, too. Sometimes asthma attack may due to aspirin or some pain killer medicine.
大多是一種過敏現象,通常是吸進體內的某種物質造成的,如:塵埃、花粉、動物皮屑、細菌、黴菌、煙及化學性揮發物都可能引發氣喘,另外如:運動、冷空氣、食物、情緒起伏、感冒、懷孕也可能引發氣喘,近年有研究指出,肺部肌肉損傷也可能引發氣喘,而少數人甚至會因服用阿斯匹靈或某些止痛劑而引發氣喘。
◎Notification注意事項:
- Keep out of allergens: avoid plush toy and clothing. Bedding and curtains need to be cleaned frequently. Avoid the contact of pet’s fur, dust, pollen. Wear a mask if necessary.
遠離過敏原:避免絨毛的玩具、窗簾、枕頭需經常清洗並日曬;避免接觸貓狗寵物、灰塵、花粉、過冷過熱環境,必要時可戴口罩。
- Keep the environment at proper temperature and humidity.
居住環境勿太潮濕,可利用冷氣機、除濕機、或空氣清淨機來輔助。
- Avoid going to poorly ventilated places to avoid infection and trigger asthma
避免到通風不良的公共場所,以免被傳染感冒而引起氣喘發作。
- Keep clam and avoid second hand smoke.
保持心情平靜,避免二手煙。
- Keep your medication with you in case you need it.
隨身攜帶治療氣喘藥物,以防發作時無人協助就醫而有生命危險。
- Keep your disease card, ID card or NHI card with you in case you need emergency treatment when the asthma attack
外出時請攜帶識別證,以備發作時,他人知此情況並協助就醫。
- Do not stop using asthma medicine without doctor’s permission when you are sick, and do not believe in folk remedies and unscientific treatments
如遇感冒,勿擅自停用氣喘藥物,勿相信偏方,及非科學的治療。
- Take balance diet, get enough water drinking daily, do moderate exercise and enough sleeping time.
平日保養飲食應均衡,足夠熱量及睡眠休息,適量的運動,大量液體攝取。(成人每日建議攝取水份體重*30毫升)。
