- The abdominal extension or mild abdominal pain may persist, and those may ease after flatulence or bowel movement.
檢查後可能會有腹脹或輕微腹痛現象，在排氣或排便後即可改善。
- You may eat in an hour after examination if there is no discomfort. The patients has polypectomy or biopsy should have low residue diet at the examination day then take the food with more fiber gradually the second day. Avoid having irritating and spicy foods which will lead to bleeding again.
檢查一小時後如無不適，即可進食。若同時作切片檢查或瘜肉切除術者，當日宜進食低渣食物，隔日再逐漸增加纖維含量之食物，並避免食用刺激、辛辣食物，以防止腸道過度刺激而導致切片傷口出血情形。
- If you have persistent severe abdominal pain or stiffness after the examination, return to the hospital immediately.
檢查後如腹部持續加劇疼痛或腹部變僵硬，請立即回診。
- There might mild bleeding after the biopsy and rarely patients persistent bleeding. If it occurs, return to the hospital immediately.
- 內視鏡切片後有時會有輕度出血；極少部分受檢者有持續出血，如有請立即回診。
- Very few patients experience gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation. If the bleeding or acute abdominal pain occur, please return to the hospital immediately.
瘜肉切除術在檢查後一週內，少部分受檢者會有腸道出血或穿孔，如有出血或急性腹痛，請即回診。
- If the shock signs occur, such as cold sweats, cold extremities and palpitations, please notify medical staffs as soon as possible.
休克徵候：冒冷汗、四肢冰冷、心跳加速等。若有以上徵候請盡速告知醫護人員處理。
- Observe for 48 hours to see if there is tarry or bloody stool. Notify medical staffs if it happens.
檢查後48小時內請觀察是否有解黑便(狀如柏油)或大量血便情形，如有請即回診。
- If the anaesthetization is needed, after weak up and before eating, please sip some water first. Then start to eat if there’s no nausea or vomiting.
- 如採麻醉，檢查清醒後要進食前，請先喝開水如無噁心或嘔吐情形，才可進食。
- Do not drive or ride any transportation within 24 hours after anaesthetization.
麻醉後24小時內禁止駕駛任何交通工具。
